I contracted BuildSmart to remodel my bathroom. My wife and I wanted the best job for a good price and we feel that is what we got from BuildSmart. We called about 5 contractors for bids and was generally disappointed in 4 of them. Ed gave us all the facts, figures, and options up front and we awarded him the job. We will be calling about the kitchen in the summer and look forward to seeing you again.

I hope that someone will read this and feel good about going with this company. They did some fantastic roof and window work that was an absolute nightmare due to this winter ice storm. Normally with contractors the priced is jacked up nearly double, but with Buildsmart I know I hands down received most fair price and superior work. Usually for the cheapest price one gets substandard work, but Buildsmart did top notch work. I thank you again for all you've done for us!

Thanks for all the help with the windows and siding, Ed. Much appreciated, and Carol and I were so impressed. You are the first contractor who we had that actually gave us enough information up front to build our trust. You do what you say and that is what we had hoped for. The financing went smooth and I couldn't of asked for a better rate and the payment is low enough that we can afford it. OH! Carol wanted to tell you that you were right about the Nipsco Bill!!! It went down about 30%!!!! If only they would stop raising the rates on us! Take Care and we will refer your business to those we know.
